This week we’re going to be focusing on our favorite films of 2020 that are now streaming.

Recommendations from Spoiler Steve

Prime Video:

  1. Miss Juneteenth
    A fantastic view into the life and effects of a beauty pageant that controls the social status of a small Texas town.
  2. The Vast of Night
    The less you know before watching this film, the better.

Apple TV+:

  1. The Banker
    One of Anthony Mackie’s best performances. A great cast a story that keeps a steady pace. If you’re a fan of biopics this is a must watch.

HBOMax:

  1. Bad Education
    A spectacular cast with a gripping story about conspiracies and scandals that will keep you off your phone for the entire duration of the movie.
  2. EMMA.
    If you’re interested in where Clueless (1995) got it’s inspiration, look no further! This 2020 adaptation of Jane Austen’s 1815 novel is filled with amazing dialogue and Anya Taylor-Joy’s best performance yet.

Netflix:

  1. The Half of It
    One of the best RomComs of last year, this film will have you go through all types of emotions as you watch kids pass love letters back and forth to each other like it’s 2002 again.
