Dramedy Christmas movie
- Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey (2020) – Netflix
It’s a new and heartfelt Christmas Movie about family and never giving up. While it starts some well knows actors it also spotlights some young actors we should all hope to see more of in the future
Dramedy Movie Recommends
- Lars and the Real Girl (2007) – Roku & AppleTV
One of the most underrated films in the last 20 years. Ryan Gosling is superb as he plays a young man who forms a relationship with a life sized sex doll. His family and surrounding community eventually learn to support him. There are comedic elements but the stronger theme in this film is acceptance. - The Devil Wears Prada (2006) – Amazon
Anne Hathaway and Meryl Streep bring nothing short of their A game in this classic about an assistant to the most powerful woman in fashion. There is no shortage of cringe worthy moments as Anne Hathaway’s character finds her voice and strength. - Forrest Gump (1994) – STARZ & Direct TV
This film is the perfect heartfelt drama with just the right amount of comedy. One of Tom Hanks most memorable roles and a true story of perseverance and unconditional love.
Sitcom Holiday TV Hour
- Saved By the Bell – Home for Christmas Parts 1 & 2 S3 E24 (Hulu)
A classic episode. The gang has decided to spend their Christmas break working at the mall. A mall production of “A Christmas Carol” is on the line, Zack falls for a new girl and soon discovers she is homeless. It’s a buffet of drama for Zack and his friends. - The Charlie Brown Christmas (1965) – AppleTV
Charlie Brown and his friends celebrate Christmas in this holiday children’s classic - How the Grinch Stole Christmas (1966) – Amazon & AppleTV
A Dr. Seuss animated classic for the whole family.
